In 2023, Inscale Architects completed a comprehensive feasibility study for a new clubhouse at North Hills Golf Course, laying the foundation for a transformative project now entering its fundraising phase. The proposed design replaces the aging 1970s-era structure, which suffers from inadequate space, outdated kitchen facilities, and construction that no longer meets the needs of the course or its players.

The envisioned clubhouse brings together a bar, pro shop, restaurant, and banquet venue, creating a welcoming hub for golfers, leagues, tournaments, and community gatherings. Central to the concept is an indoor virtual golf area that opens directly to the banquet and bar spaces—providing year-round recreation and added flexibility for events.

A wrap-around porch extends dining and social areas outdoors, offering sweeping views of the course and a relaxed, elevated environment for players and guests. Designed to accommodate modern expectations while celebrating the character of the club, the new facility positions North Hills for long-term growth and enhanced member experience.
