Casa Saldana

Casa Saldana is an ambitious adaptive-reuse project that transforms a formerly blighted property—once slated for demolition—into a vibrant, mixed-use destination in the heart of Warren, Pennsylvania. Rather than remove the existing structure, Inscale Architects reimagined it as a key anchor within a broader vision for downtown revitalization.

The design embraces both interior and exterior open space, creating flexible areas for gathering, dining, circulation, and future program needs. These interconnected spaces position the building as a social and architectural bridge within the developing district.

Casa Saldana is planned to connect seamlessly to a future adjacent boutique hotel, becoming part of a larger development strategy that includes hotel accommodations, residential apartments, and banquet/event facilities. As the area evolves, the project is poised to serve as a catalyst—turning a once-neglected site into a cornerstone of renewed economic and community activity.
