With a strong emphasis on organization, she is an exceptional communicator who excels in project coordination, navigating government approvals, and managing the intricate paperwork required for alternative funding sources associated with projects. As a LEED Green Associate and Certified Passive House Designer, Donna is committed to sustainable design practices. She takes pride in her ability to lead and manage multi-disciplined staff and teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to both public and private clients. Her extensive experience and proactive approach make her an invaluable asset in every project she undertakes.

Jeffrey Zariczny

Architect

Jeff has over 35 years of experience in the architecture industry, during which he has successfully served a diverse array of clients and embraced a multitude of responsibilities. His specialization in design has earned him recognition, particularly for his expertise in embracing green design ideas into his work. Jeff is highly skilled at conducting forensic investigations, adeptly addressing challenges that arise during projects. John Newhall

Project Manager

John has amassed over 25 years of experience in the architecture industry. Bryan W. Aipoalani

Project Manager

Bryan brings over 17 years of extensive experience in the architectural profession and building industry. Known for his creativity and keen attention to detail, he thrives on challenges and embraces innovative ideas. Bryan is adept in project management for both large and small projects, overseeing the coordination between consultants, facilitating submissions to state or local agencies, and managing construction administration. His expertise spans the entire design process from schematic design through to the realization of your project with stunning 3D renderings. Bryan’s commitment to design knowledge and meticulous detail ensures that your visions are transformed into tangible realities.

Dominic McClellan

Designer/Drafter

Dominic joined the Inscale team in 2023, bringing with him a wealth of technical knowledge in rendering and design software. His expertise has made him a valuable asset to our team, enhancing the quality and effectiveness of our projects. Dominic graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology with a Bachelors of Building Science and Sustainable Design: Architectural Technology Concentration, as well as a LEED GA Certificate. Having Dominic on your design team guarantees that your vision will be brought to life with professionalism and a dedication to quality.
